Shipping Carriers
We partner with dependable shipping providers, including USPS and trusted regional postal services, to ensure secure and timely delivery throughout the continental United States.
At this time, we do not ship to:

We offer a simple and transparent pricing model.

The shipping cost remains the same regardless of order size, weight, or delivery location within the continental United States.
Estimated Delivery Schedule
Orders are shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. postal holidays, including:
New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Once your order has shipped, a tracking confirmation email will be sent so you can monitor the delivery status. If you do not see the email, please check your spam or promotions folder.

If a customer requests a carrier to reroute, forward, or reschedule a shipment after dispatch, Sologino cannot be held responsible for any resulting loss, theft, or damage.

Order Exchanges:
Please review your size, color, and design carefully before checkout. Exchanges are not available for selection errors. You may cancel within 24 hours and reorder correctly.
Order Cancellations:
- Cancel within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund — email support@sologino.com.
- After 24 hours, orders go into production and cannot be canceled.
Returns & Refunds:
- Accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Non-returnable: worn, altered, or tagless items.
Process:
Contact support@sologino.com with proof of purchase and issue details. We’ll respond within 2–3 business days with instructions.
Refunds are issued in USD within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Fees:
No restocking fee. Customers cover return shipping unless the item is defective or wrong.

Payment Method
We currently accept all payments via PayPal, allowing you to pay safely using your PayPal balance, debit card, or credit card. All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Refund Policy
Refunds are only available in the following cases:
- The product arrives defective or damaged
- The shipping time exceeds the estimated delivery period stated in our Shipping Policy.
All refunds are issued back to your original PayPal account after verification.
