1) Our Services

The Services are intended for lawful use within jurisdictions where their use is permitted. Users accessing from other locations are responsible for compliance with local laws. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time.

2) Eligibility & Your Account

You represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and have authority to agree to these Terms. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3) Made-to-Order Model (POD)

Most items are printed/fulfilled after you order via vetted U.S. partners. Timeframes shown on product pages and in our Shipping Policy are estimates and may vary. Inventory wording like “in stock” may refer to printable availability, not pre-made goods.

4) Orders, Pricing & Payments

Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice. We may cancel or refuse an order (e.g., suspected fraud, errors, unavailable item). Taxes and shipping fees are shown at checkout. You authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method for your order.

5) Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is handled per our Shipping Policy (processing cutoff 5:00 PM CT, handling time 1–7 business days, transit 7–20 business days; estimated total 8–27 business days; U.S. only; exclusions apply). Once shipped, tracking will be emailed. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, peak periods, or address issues.

6) Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

• Cancellations: You may cancel within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, orders typically enter production and are not cancelable.
• Returns/Exchanges: Accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items in original condition/packaging.
• Refunds: Issued after inspection; standard processing within 10 business days from receipt of return.

7) Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) violate laws; (b) misuse or interfere with the Services; (c) access without authorization; (d) use bots/scrapers to harvest data; (e) post illegal, infringing, or harmful content; (f) attempt to circumvent security or service limits.

8) Intellectual Property

All content on the Services—text, graphics, logos, images, software, designs, and trademarks (“Content”)—is owned by or licensed to Sologino and protected by law. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9) Your Submissions & Feedback

If you send us ideas, reviews, or feedback (“Submissions”), you grant Sologino a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display such Submissions for any lawful purpose without compensation. You represent you have necessary rights to your Submissions.

10) Privacy & Cookies

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy (explaining how we use cookies/trackers, your choices, and data handling).

11) Third-Party Services & Links

Links or integrations (e.g., payment gateways, analytics, advertising platforms) are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites/services or their practices.

12) Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOLOGINO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT DESCRIPTIONS/IMAGES ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT.

13) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOLOGINO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS/REVENUE/GOODWILL/DATA, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SOLOGINO FOR THE ORDER AT ISSUE, OR (B) USD $100.

14) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SOLOGINO and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, your Submissions, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

15) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Sections intended to survive termination (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitations, indemnities, governing law) will survive.

16) Changes to the Services or Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

17) Electronic Communications & Records

You consent to receive communications electronically and agree that all electronic agreements, notices, and records satisfy legal writing requirements.

18) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
Venue/Arbitration: Any dispute will first be negotiated in good faith for 30 days. If unresolved, disputes will be exclusively resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Rules, before one arbitrator, in Los Angeles County, California, in English. Class actions and jury trials are waived. You and SOLOGINO may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction in Los Angeles County for IP or equitable claims.
Time Limit: Any claim must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues.

19) Miscellaneous

These Terms (plus policies referenced here) are the entire agreement between you and Sologino. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. No waiver is implied by delay or omission. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, sale, or reorganization.
