Refund Policy

Order Exchanges:
Please review your size, color, and design carefully before checkout. Exchanges are not available for selection errors. You may cancel within 24 hours and reorder correctly.

Order Cancellations:

• Cancel within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund — email support@sologino.com.
• After 24 hours, orders go into production and cannot be canceled.

Returns & Refunds:

• Accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• Non-returnable: worn, altered, or tagless items.

Process:
Contact support@sologino.com with proof of purchase and issue details. We’ll respond within 2–3 business days with instructions.
Refunds are issued in USD within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Fees:
No restocking fee. Customers cover return shipping unless the item is defective or wrong.
