Investigation & Response

Upon receiving a valid notice, Sologino will promptly investigate the claim.
If the infringement is confirmed, the offending material will be removed or access will be disabled.
Where applicable, we may notify the individual or vendor responsible for the content and provide them an opportunity to submit a counter-notice if they believe the removal was in error.

Repeat Infringers

Sologino reserves the right to terminate the accounts or restrict access of users who are found to be repeat infringers or who abuse the reporting process.

False or Misleading Claims

Submitting false or fraudulent IP claims is a serious matter and may result in legal liability under applicable laws. Please ensure that all submitted claims are truthful and submitted in good faith.
